The new home to Brion Energy will be a 27-storey, 564,000 square foot, "AAA", LEED Gold Certified office tower. 707 Fifth Street's distinct elliptical form, with floor-to-ceiling glass, is designed to maximize panoramic views of the city and the Rockies.
The concrete-core, steel framed office tower was completed in 2017.

Developed an adjustable curved bent plate system at the slab edge.

Performed embed surveys and fabricated on site shim plates to capture the precise geometrical angle needed.

Recommended 70 ksi steel for the lower columns.

Redesigned (4) 46-tonne, below-grade transfer girders to accommodate the tower crane capacity and working radius.

Provided input and sourced oval HSS mullions from Europe for the sawtooth entryway.
