The AAA-class building is at the cutting edge of innovation and received a LEED Platinum certification. Supermétal completed phase 1 which included the 50-storey East Tower, a commercial space of 55,000 square feet, an interior winter garden, an exterior park and plaza, as well as parking for close to 1200 cars.

    • efficient splice locations for transport and erection, pre-assembly in shop.

  • Hybrid Bolted & Partial penetration connection around built-up box columns.

  • Shop welded cantilever beams.

  • Mock-up of embed in concrete complete with temperature sensors.
