A new 72,000-seat retractable roof stadium for hosting NFL games and other sporting events. Supermétal was responsible for fabricating large complex trusses used to connect the roof system.

This project is made up of two distinct sections: the arena and the recreation centre. The arena was designed with the goal of maintaining the atmosphere of the former Walter Brown Arena building, and at the same time integrating several possible layouts with new equipment made possible by cutting-edge technology.

The 230,000-square-foot facility is the largest construction project ever undertaken by the city of Manchester. It is also the largest event arena in New Hampshire.

The exterior colors of the arena were intended to represent the natural beauty of nearby Amoskeag Falls. 

Supermétal has been assigned several expansion projects for the famous Fenway Park, the oldest major-league baseball stadium and home to the Boston Red Sox. One major project was to add seating on top of the iconic Green Monster left field wall.

The owners' appreciation was such that Supermétal has been engaged for two further projects and the construction team was invited to sing the anthem on opening day!
